I rescued this immature American Bald Eagle at the mouth of the Hog Island Creek with the help of the Good Samaritan (who called 911 when he saw it couldn't fly and it walked out to his predator decoy), and a Michigan State Trooper. With in minutes of the rescue, Randy Bruntjens of U.P. Raptor Rehabilitation Center was en route on the long ride to come pick "Creek" up. Creek was nearly starved and dehdrated and couldn't fly. Unknown cause at this point.
